Isaiah is a proud New York native, hailing from the bustling borough of Brooklyn with roots tracing back to Trinidad & Guyana. With a background in banking and property management, Isaiah brings a wealth of knowledge to his role as a commercial real estate salesperson/advisor. Over the past four years, he has honed his skills with a specialization in the vibrant New York market, focusing primarily on multifamily, mixed-use, and development assets throughout Brooklyn's most dynamic neighborhoods, including Flatbush, Crown Heights, Bedford Stuyvesant, Bushwick, Williamsburg, and East New York.
Isaiah is a graduate of Wesleyan University, where he was a standout student-athlete. As a starting Defensive End for the football team, he displayed the same tenacity and drive that he brings to his career in real estate. Following a knee injury that ended his athletic career, Isaiah decided to channel his competitive nature into brokerage. Since graduation, he has facilitated over $70 million in sales throughout his career.
In 2019, Isaiah was appointed to Community Board 5 by Brooklyn Borough President (and now Mayor) Eric Adams, where he currently serves East New York on their Land Use & Housing Committee. In his leisure time, he enjoys cars, sports, cycling, and traveling the world with his family.
Jessica brings a wealth of experience and a pioneering spirit to the Matheos Realty Group, joining as a key member of the team. Her journey in real estate began in 2002, amidst the transformative landscape of Park Slope, where she quickly distinguished herself as a rare talent adept in both commercial and residential sectors.
Over the years, Jessica has forged a diverse path in real estate, from facilitating transactions for first-time homebuyers to spearheading exclusive condo projects. Her portfolio includes leasing retail spaces, selling multifamily and mixed-use properties, and showcasing exquisite prime brownstones to discerning clients.
Beyond traditional real estate roles, Jessica is also recognized for her creative contributions to design concepts, collaborating with developers and homeowners alike.
Jessica's leadership extends beyond transactions. She served a commendable four-year tenure on her co-op board in Prospect Heights, where she held pivotal roles as secretary and vice president. Ben Robbins joined MRG in the Spring of 2022, He has been in the industry since 2020. Ben currently focuses on special assets, investments sales and leasing.
Ben joins the firm from a family-owned corrugated box business, recently turned into a property management entity. During his time in the box manufacturing business, Ben learned the ins and outs of running and expanding a successful business, and then had the opportunity to see the business transform into a multi-tenant rental property. From there, Ben was behind the scenes of property ownership and management and experienced what it truly took to be in the world of commercial real estate. Since then, Ben has invested his time into learning all the realms of real estate. A true believer in the Brooklyn market, Ben has incredible passion for Brooklyn commercial real estate.
Ben graduated from Arcadia University in 2020 where he studied Business Administration, International Studies and Sociology. He was also a member of the Lacrosse team for two years. Today, Ben enjoys to travel, cook and find creative ways to stay healthy and fit.
Naziah joined MRG in the fall of 2023 as an associate specializing in Investment Sales. With experience in the industry since 2022, he dedicated over a year to acquisitions with a local investment group in Queens, NY. Naziah's deep interest in real estate intricacies motivated his transition to brokerage. He holds a degree in Business Administration and Marketing from Brooklyn College.
